Yes, you read right! The clothes from Sarojini Nagar, Delhi can now be bought from anywhere in India!! I was so excited when I came across this Instagram page called @online_sarojini_nagar. I’ve been watching and reading about Sarojini nagar hauls for so many years now but I’ve never had the chance to go there and check out the place for myself.
Founder Mohammed Adil did the unthinkable and brought this physical marketplace online for all of us shopaholics to enjoy! The items on display right now aren’t too many, but when I spoke to him a few weeks back, he said that they’d be adding more stuff to their site soon. So keep checking their site, you know never what gems you might find.
Now let’s move on to the actual product. They sent me a high waist casual pink and orange striped skirt from their collection. It’s perfect for a casual day out or even a night out. It would definitely make a great option for spring or summer. The quality is great, It also comes with a zipper on the back and fits like a glove. For just Rs 350, this skirt is a total steal!
I paired the skirt with a white graphic cropped tee that I picked off the streets of Bangkok (Yes, this post is rather thrifty :P). For shoes, I wore my white sneakers from H&m. I wanted to keep the look very fuss free and casual, so the only accessory I added was this pink studded cuff that I’ve had in my jewelry box since I was a little kid. (I think it was from Claire’s)
Also, since the skirt is very bright and fun, I wanted to make it the star of the outfit so I stuck to wearing white for the other outfit elements. This outfit is something I’d wear for a movie, or a day out with friends. Its very casual and fun.
If you guys want to get your hands on some Sarojini stuff, click here! Their delivery is pretty fast and return policy is great as well.
I got a TON of questions from you guys the moment I posted about this collab on my Snapchat and Instagram stories. I hope I’ve answered most of your questions. Let me know what you think of their site, products and my outfit in the comments below. Until next time…
